The Fort Wayne Sexual Assault Treatment Center recognizes that addressing sexual violence as a “major public health concern” as identified by the Center for Disease Control must be done as a community wide effort.  We are so very fortunate in our Northeast Indiana corner of the world, that our community recognizes this as well.  It takes the efforts of over 53 different law enforcement agencies in 16 counties, hundreds of first responders and other personnel and the support of people like YOU to make a difference in the life of a victim of sexual assault.  We continue to be humbled by the generosity of individuals, who want to help us further our work by making cash and in-kind donations, hosting fundraisers, assisting with clerical duties or simply by spreading the word that we exist.  These types of commitments clearly demonstrate that our community values the services we provide at the Fort Wayne Sexual Assault Treatment Center. On behalf of our youngest patient who was just 35 days old and our oldest patient who was 94 years old and every patient in between we graciously thank you!

The Fort Wayne Sexual Assault Treatment Center receives funding from State and Federal funds, but that doesn’t cover all our expenses.  It takes the generosity and gracious gifts from individuals, foundations, community events, and corporations to help fill the gap..
